BLUE-HILL CATTERY ARE MEMBERS IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE FOLLOWING ORGANIZATIONS.
The International Bengal Cat Society (TIBCS) is the oldest and largest group of Bengal enthusiasts and breeders in the world. Members are dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the Bengal breed of domestic cat.
  • Membership includes over 300 Bengal breeders worldwide and at least as many enthusiasts.
  • Breeder Members agree to adhere to the TIBCS Code of Ethics.
  • The official quarterly publication of TIBCS, The Bengal Bulletin, is distributed free to over 80 TICA and other judges.
  • Officers are elected by and from the membership every two years. Standing and special committees are appointed as needed.
  • Special programs for breeders including TIBCS Breeder of Distinction.

In keeping with the Mission and Policy Statements of the TICA, the Voluntary Responsible Breeder Program has adopted the Cattery Evaluation Program and the Voluntary Code of Ethics. The goal is to provide the education, information, and guidance to breeders so that they are aware of proper husbandry and cattery management techniques. The Cattery Evaluation Program will recognize TICA Outstanding Catteries and TICA Catteries of Merit. TICA has been awarded the Outstanding Cattery Certificate.
